Motorola SE-1010

The Blonder Tongue HDE-ASI (HD Encoder-SDI) accepts & auto-detects input streams in HD-SDI, SD-SDI, and analog NTSC formats, and delivers one HD/SD MPEG-2 encoded output in ASI format. Additionally, a multi-channel output in DVI format is available for preview and testing purposes. The standard audio program of the digital inputs is encoded in Dolby AC-3 format. Blonder Tongue SD10E-QAM & AV10E-QAM
The Blonder Tongue SD10E-QAM (SD Encoder - QAM) accepts & auto-detects up to ten (10) inputs in SD (480i) and NTSC baseband Audio/Video formats. The encoder, when applicable, digitizes, & MPEG-2 encodes each into a standard-definition stream (SD-480i), and then multiplexes the resulting ten (10) streams into one (1) output in QAM format in the 5.75-864 MHz range (CATV sub-band channels T7-T14 and standard channels 2-135). The encoder supports Dolby Digital AC-3 encoding, and Closed Captioning. The AV10E-QAM is identical to SD10E-QAM, but it doesn't support the SD-SDI input. It accepts ten (10) inputs only in NTSC baseband Audio/Video format.

Telelynx IDH-7000
Telelynx introduces an advanced innovation of digital integrated headend including encoders, multiplexer, scrambler, and QAM modulator in a very compact 1 RU form factor. This highly compact integrated headend can come in several different combinations/models. The Drake Digital™ EH24 platform is a 19" rack-mountable 2RU chassis that accepts up to six real-time Drake Digital™ SDE24 MPEG2/MPEG4 video encoder modules. The Drake Digital™ SDE24 MPEG encoders contain two video encoders each, enabling the Drake Digital™ EH24 to accept 12 different video input sources/channels to be multiplexed after encoding (when populated with six SDE24 modules). The Drake DSE24 will encode a single uncompressed program derived from devices with HDMI, Component Video or VGA outputs to HD MPEG2 video. An internal QAM modulator and low noise upconverter allows existing legacy fiber/coax networks to be used as distribution channels for digital signage content.
