Roberto brings more than two decades of international finance leadership, guiding organizations through complex financial planning, accounting, and compliance initiatives across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. His expertise includes cash flow forecasting, budget development, working capital optimization, and corporate governance.

Throughout his career, Roberto has held senior finance leadership roles with Advanced Media Technologies, Fresenius Medical Care, Manuchar, and UnitedHealth Group, complemented by Big Four experience at KPMG. Across these organizations, he has developed and implemented financial strategies that enhanced liquidity, optimized costs, strengthened financial controls, and supported sustainable long-term growth. Roberto is an accomplished leader with extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and aligning financial strategy with operational objectives. He regularly partners with executive leadership to establish key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex financial insights into actionable strategies that drive organizational performance.

Roberto holds an Executive MBA from Florida Atlantic University, a Postgraduate degree in General Business Studies with a concentration in Finance from UCLA, and a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is also a third-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, demonstrating his discipline, perseverance, and commitment to continuous improvement, qualities he brings to his professional leadership as well.
